Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium radio show where each
week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about health, much
of which is not found anywhere else and is decades ahead of what's out there now.
As I've always said, who has 10 years, 20 years, even 30 years to wait for answers to
their illnesses?
Life is precious.
There's no time to spare.
We need to start the healing now.
So today's show is about thyroid issues.
You know what I'm talking about.
It's really big right now.
Everybody's on to it.
Everybody has a thyroid complaint.
Millions of people around the world are suffering from painful symptoms and other things associated with poorly functioning thyroid.
All kinds of different symptoms.
So we think that's where the symptoms are coming from.
So, yes, misunderstood.
The thyroid is one of these great misunderstood keys to the whole puzzle.
And we're going to explore that a little bit better.
I'm not going to hold back today.
I'm not telling you I hold back on you guys every week, but we're going to get as much as we can get done in a short amount of time because the thyroid is so, so, so important.
And it's really critical that we know so much about it.
A little bit about me anyway.
Since age four, woke up one morning and heard a voice crystal clear.
Didn't know where it was coming from.
and it was as loud as someone sitting next to you.
Like if you're out with someone and your friend is talking in your ear,
it's as loud as that and as clear.
I can have a fluent conversation with this voice I hear since age four.
It never stops talking.
It's always there every single day, no matter where I go, what I do.
The voice helped me, gave me the information to diagnose my grandmother of lung cancer
at age four. And since then, everybody that's around me, the information comes through immediately
as to what's going on with the person. If they do have a thyroid problem or if they don't,
or if they have something else going on, and that's how it works. So let's talk about the
thyroid. Let's go into it. Let's head there as fast as we can. So one of the things about the
thyroid, which is really interesting. And we're going to kind of go back in history a little bit.
And I'm not going to try to take you so far away from what we need to talk about, but there's
really important pieces of information we need to know. We need to know that we haven't come
that far with thyroid, meaning the cures or the healing of the thyroid or understanding the
thyroid. So basically what happened in the early 1900s, we came up with a concept of Hashimoto's
and, you know, it's thyroiditis. So it means an inflamed thyroid, but we're still there,
you know, a hundred years later or more, we're still where the thyroid's inflamed
and nobody knows what's causing it.
We haven't gone, you know, we haven't come too far in this.
It reminds me of the car.
And the car is really decked out now.
We have computers in the car, you know, the whole bit.
We have power windows.
We have every, I mean, we have TV sets in the car.
We've got Wi-Fi going to the car, right?
I mean, these things are just rigged now.
They're like spaceships.
but you run over a nail and you're on the side of the road.
You're just stuck.
So you got this amazing spaceship, but you're stuck.
And all you did was run over a nail.
Like, basically what that means is the tire is the same.
Really haven't come that far from 100 years ago or more.
It's rubber filled with air.
And it still is rubber filled with air.
You know, give or take, maybe the design's a little better.
Maybe, you know, the rim that the tire sits on is a lot different or a little different.
And you can put chrome on that wheel, alloy, whatever, and it could look as fancy and pretty as we can make it.
But you run over that nail, you run over a piece of metal in the road, and you're stuck on the side of the road.
So there's that.
But that's the same thing with the thyroid.
We're still back to that.
It's a rubber tire filled with air.
So one of the reasons is we call Hashimoto's an autoimmune condition.
This is a really strange, I would say, mistake in the industries.
Because autoimmune means your body is attacking itself.
Well, if I went to the doctor's office and was told I had autoimmune and I walked out and my body's attacking the thyroid, I would be pretty jolted, pretty upset.
I'd hop in the car.
I'd probably run over a nail.
I wouldn't be.
I'd probably run over a piece of scrap metal in the street on the highway because I'd be so not paying attention.
I'd be thinking about my body attacking itself.
So when we call Hashimoto's autoimmune, that's really the wrong way to go.
I'm not just saying that because of what it sounds like or what it feels like necessarily.
Some people may say, oh, who cares?
And they're fine, meaning with the thought of autoimmune.
The truth is that the body's not attacking your thyroid.
It doesn't attack the thyroid at all.
It never will.
It's never going to, and it never did.
When is that going to be found out in medical research and medical science?
About 20 years from now.
Do you have 20 years to wait?
I mean, right?
So if you're 40 now, you'll be 60.
And there you go, right?
In 20 years, you know, I mean, every decade is precious.
I mean, this is just how it works in life here.
It takes every year we can get.
um so what happens with the thyroid and why why are we in that place still where it's as far as
we've gotten is it's autoimmune because no one knows what causes no one knows what causes
Hashimoto's no one knows what causes a hypothyroid no one knows what causes a hyperthyroid
we just have to be honest about it you know we have to be honest and in general with all of it
because the bottom line is let's just let's just call it like it is you know if it looks like a
duck and it acts like a duck it quacks like a duck it's a duck we don't know anything about
the thyroid so besides t3 t4 you know the drill you probably have have seen the whole thing you
You know, thyroxine, that's T4, and the body converts it, and more usable.
We know all that, right?
But that doesn't explain what's going wrong with your thyroid.
What's happening with our thyroids?
So we've had this thought, well, it's autoimmune.
It's an inflammatory condition to the thyroid.
What's inflammation?
It has to be a reason the thyroid's inflamed.
And it's not because your body's attacking itself.
It's because something else is affecting your thyroid.
Something else is aggravating it.
Something else could be attacking it.
Something else could be hurting it.
Not your body.
That alone can change a lot on how you heal.
Just so you know.
And this isn't just some psych-out technique.
That's not it at all.
You know, psych out techniques where, yeah, you know, imagine this, imagine that and keep yourself level here.
That's fine.
I'm talking, it's just reality.
Reality is your body's not attacking your thyroid.
And when you learn that part alone, when you know that reality, you're already a step closer to healing.
Because now you're on the road to what is going on with my thyroid.
Okay, I knew it wasn't my body.
I knew that's what it wasn't.
Because how can my body do that?
Well, it doesn't.
It just doesn't.
So it's a mystery illness.
In fact, that's what my book is so much based on,
is the fact that these are mystery illnesses.
This is mystery illness.
That's what it is.
We put a tag on it.
We put a label on it.
Because, you know, the labels, they're fun.
They're good because it gives us some, some, a little bit of grounding, the labels.
But in the end, you know, they slide through your hand like sand.
And that's not going to be enough.
It's not going to get us there.
So we have to be honest that these are just labels.
Look, we're giving you this label, whether it's an illness after some guy's name, you
or some scientist's name we put the label on,
but we need to know what's causing it.
And the thyroid is up against a few things.
Really two mostly, but there's a third.
So it's kind of like a holy trinity of what's wrong with our thyroid.
And one of them is radiation.
Okay, fine.
We have more radiation now around us than we have ever had.
More than when the bomb blew off.
Okay?
In World War II.
More than Hiroshima.
More than Hiroshima.
We have more radiation now than ever before.
Just from that whole debacle alone over there in Japan.
that whole debacle there with Fukushima, that amount of radiation. Not just there,
you know, Chernobyl. Not just Chernobyl, places in the desert where they just dump stuff.
And we just have it everywhere. It's in the air. It's all kinds of places. It's everywhere.
And the bottom line is this is one of the things that could kind of bring the thyroid,
its defenses down. When I mean defenses, I mean your thyroid immunity, your thyroid immune system.
Yeah, your thyroid has its own immune system. Well, how can that be? How's that possible?
That doesn't, I can't find that on the internet. Let me see. Let me look here and see what,
you know, Mr. Williams talking about here. No, your thyroid has its own immune system.
It's lots of parts of our body that has their own immune system. The reproductive system has its
own immune system, and that's not going to get discovered until about 30 more years.
I'll probably be gone by then. I'm getting older. And the bottom line is the reproductive system,
I know we're on, all of a sudden we're out here now in another field. It has its own immune system.
A woman's reproductive system does. Not a man's, but a woman reproductive system. It's its own
solar system. And that's going to get discovered later on as we go along with the thyroid does too,
has its own immune system. So when we get hit with that radiation, and I'm not trying to put
you into radiation fear and panic or anything. It's okay. I'm breathing the same air everybody
else's. It's all good. But that radiation just likes to draw into the thyroid and it lowers
the thyroid immunity, the thyroid immune system. That's right. And so it sets it up
for other problems to occur. Like the next thing that is really behind Hashimoto's,
which is pathogens. Yeah. Pathogens. Don't get, don't get scared when I say pathogens.
I honestly, I'll take pathogens any day. If I, if I develop a thyroid problem,
I'll take, I'll take the pathogen, like look over things versus my body's destroying myself.
My body's, you know, hurting me. Essentially my body's aging me, but my body's killing me.
I would rather, and that's autoimmune disease. That's what, that's where it's,
that's the misconception just so you know, cause it's not really happening.
Your body's not attacking itself, like I said before.
But a pathogen, some natural pathogens that are in us,
and they've been in us our whole life,
and they work their way into the thyroid.
And that's what sets the alarm bells.
That's why we get the thyroiditis.
That's why we get the inflammation right there.
Now, those are the two big ones.
There's one other little one, kind of a little one, because it really isn't everything to
why.
Remember I said it's the Holy Trinity.
So there is this other little one.
The other little one is heavy metals.
That information is circulating out there.
That is.
That exists.
But there's heavy metals in our body everywhere.
In every organ, there's heavy metals.
In our brain, there's heavy metals in all kinds of places.
so that we all have levels of these heavy metals.
And I don't mean rock music.
I don't mean rock and roll.
And so that's another kind of,
that's a fraction of it.
That's a fraction of it.
And when you have some heavy metals in your thyroid
and you have some radiation,
you've got a pathogen that loves to work itself
to your thyroid and start to make a mess.
We get calcifications.
we get nodules. Who has nodules on their thyroid? A lot of people. When I'm out,
you know, and when I push myself out, I try not to go out too much all the time because I'm getting
readings 24-7. They're all going to come through. I try not to be in lots and lots of crowds,
of course, unless I have to be because I go partially blind because readings are constantly
coming through spirits talking to me nonstop. Well, but when I go out there, I mean, I see
thyroid nodules everywhere. I mean, they're everywhere. And if I had a feather for everyone
I saw, I'd be able to fly to Mars or to the moon or wherever I wanted to go. So the bottom line
is that's caused by at least, you know, just little critters. It's not scary. It's not a bad
thing, but we have to be proactive and we have to know what it is because you're going to know what
it is 20 years from now. You're going to know then. And like I said, I need to bring the information
now. That's the whole reason why I'm here. It's about saving those decades so we can, you know,
do other things. We can be vibrant. We can live our life. So this is part of it, part of the whole
deal. So then there's hidden thyroid problems. It's all hidden because nobody knows what causes
thyroid problems. But we got also underactive thyroid, hypothyroid, not Hashimoto's, but
underactive hypothyroid. And these are beginning stages, beginning stages of the other things I'm
talking about. Beginning stages of a pathogen issue, beginning stages of too much radiation,
beginning stages of a little extra heavy metal in there. So we have that. But we also talk about
symptoms for thyroid. Well, fatigue. The big thing is, oh, you have this fatigue because your
metabolism, if you want to know about metabolism, definitely go to the archives and listen to my
metabolism show. And you'll understand why the word metabolism needs to be retired.
And so, but the reason why we get kind of tired, you know, and the reason why everybody's saying,
well, it's a thyroid, it's a thyroid. No, it's not the thyroid. There are people with
some really bad thyroids and thyroid issues, and they have tons of energy.
They're just loaded with energy. I mean, really, I mean, they got plenty of energy to get up,
in the morning. They do everything they want to do. They're dropping the kids off to school.
They're going to work. They work a whole day, lots of energy, but they have a thyroid problem.
They have hypothyroid because that's a symptom associated or blamed on the thyroid when really
that's a symptom for other problems. And yes, if your thyroid's that bad, we can get some fatigue.
I'm not discrediting all of it. I'm just saying that there's a lot of people walking around
with thyroid problems of different severities from all different levels that have energy.
But the adrenals are a big part, and we're going to talk next week about the adrenals and adrenal
fatigue. That's going to be a big one for next week. So there's a lot of symptoms associated
with thyroid that shouldn't be quite really associated all the way. Like, for instance,
It's, you know, hot flashes, tingles and numbness on the body, insomnia.
We have to be careful of a lot of these symptoms.
There's other reasons and other things happening in the body that are different than just the thyroid, even if we have a thyroid issue.
So that's something to really think about, and it's important.
So what we really have to do is clean up these thyroids out there.
We have to address it.
We have to address the thyroid.
We have to be proactive.
Now here, just, you know, hang on to your seats, basically, because what I'm going to say, you know, may be kind of, you know, pushing it.
But thyroid medication, which is fine for us to be on.
There's nothing wrong with that.
You know, not telling anybody to get off thyroid medication.
That's not it.
But thyroid medication wasn't given to you for your thyroid.
Yeah, I'll repeat that because most of you might be in shock.
It's not given to you for your thyroid.
So thyroid medication wasn't prescribed for your thyroid.
How can that be possible?
Someone's going to say, well, hey, wait a minute.
I'm on a compound variety.
I'm on this one or that one.
I'm on the synthetic.
It was given to me for my thyroid.
I'm being proactive.
No, we have to be proactive in a different way because that's not there to fix the thyroid.
Actually, that's to add hormones in your body that the thyroid is underproducing.
But that's not for the thyroid itself.
So when a doctor says, well, you have Hashimoto's, you still have Hashimoto's.
The thyroid medication doesn't change that.
It's still hypo.
Or when you're told you have an underactive thyroid and here's thyroid medication and then you feel like you're treating your thyroid.
I mean, you feel like you're working on your thyroid.
That's not true.
You're not.
But, I mean, you are adding a hormone into the body that your thyroid's underproducing,
and the doctor, rightfully so, wants to look at those levels, wants to see the thyroid
medication in the bloodstream.
So it's like a dipstick in an engine, you know, in a car engine.
You put oil in the top.
You want it to be at the level.
You pull the dipstick out, and you check the level, and you see, whoa, it's full.
and you want it to be there.
And that's what happens.
They want to check for that amount of hormone level.
So you swallow the pill.
So it goes through your bloodstream, goes into your body.
And then we check that level on the blood.
But that has nothing to do with your thyroid.
So we need to be proactive because the problem here is it gets people not to search for
other options to heal because they think they're now in a place where, hey, I'm doing it. I'm
proactive. I don't have to worry. So if I'm 35 years old and diagnosed with this thyroid condition,
I don't have to worry. I could just take the medication for another 30 years.
But what goes wrong is you still have the problems I mentioned earlier are still happening. Like it
It could be radiation.
It could be some pathogen.
And it's still there working on you.
And even though you're being diligent and you're actually taking your prescribed medication along the way, we're not addressing the thyroid.
We're not cleaning it up.
We're not rewiring it.
We're not healing it.
We're not addressing it.
And this thought process has to change.
And I'm not saying it's the conventional world or the alternative world.
I'm saying pretty much it's all of it out there.
No one realizes that that's what's happening.
So what can we do?
Proactive.
First of all, some of us think we're proactive by keeping away gorgeogenic foods,
gorgeogenic foods out of our diet.
Kale, collard greens, cauliflower, broccoli.
But that's actually a bad idea.
It really is.
It's terrifying, actually.
idea. That trend or fad, how that took off, I mean, to this day, I really don't know because
it's going to basically stay on fire for quite a long time. And little old me is not going to be
able to dye that fire out. I don't care how many books I put out. I don't care how many radio shows
I do. That's a snowball going down a mountain. That snowball is going to roll down that mountain.
and it's going to roll over cabins.
It's going to take telephone poles, get cars.
People are going to be trapped in it.
It's going to come right down, crashing down on a village.
And I can't stop that one.
But I can tell you, because I can tell you, because you're there listening,
in order to protect your thyroid, you don't want to stop those vegetables
that are so-called gortigenic, because the truth is you would need a 100-pound barrel,
of literally a hundred pound barrel of broccoli to have enough of that compound to even interfere
with the thyroid. The irony is it's what's in those foods help heal and pull, draw out radiation,
help feed the thyroid. For instance, kale right now, it's a big thing where, oh,
just be cautious on kale. You can't eat it every day. You can't,
spirit says you eat that kale as much as you want to eat that kale and don't be afraid of it
if there's something i could give you it would be that information so you can help yourself
because you couldn't eat enough kale in a day you could not in order to hinder your thyroid this is
a misconception fine okay anthony where's your science well you know i've recovered tens of
thousands of people from situations, getting them walking, getting them out of bed. And when,
you know, when it, when it was nothing but grave, I really know from spirit how it works.
And it might not be in the science book today because of a trend or a fad, but I promise you
this, that people are going to be eating a lot more kale for their thyroid come, you know, 15,
20 years. That's when things are all going to be coming to that whole point in time.
So let's talk about other things we can do to heal the thyroid. Wild blueberries. Wild blueberries.
Yes. I've said it once. I'll say it again. Wild blueberries. Not cultivated blueberries.
Cultivated blueberries are good for you. Don't stop eating your cultivated blueberries.
Those are the big blueberries, but those don't pack even a fraction of what the wild blueberry has.
You can get the frozen wild blueberries.
You want to protect your thyroid?
That pulls out heavy metals.
Oh, wait a minute, Anthony.
Wait, only Corella pulls out heavy metal.
What are you talking about, wild blueberries?
That's not written in the books yet.
It's heading there.
That pulls out metals.
And first of all, don't do Cruella because Cruella is actually not what it is.
Either that's really good for your thyroid or for a lot of things.
I'm not a big fan of it.
You know, spirits taught me that all these years.
But wild blueberries, that really works on the thyroid.
Apricots, lots of selenium, lots of zinc in apricots, beta carotene.
Zinc that comes from these foods like apricots is really amazing for that thyroid.
Cherries, same thing.
there's zinc and cherries. And there's some iron, there's zinc, there's anthocyanins,
polyphenols. All these things are amazing in these fruits for your thyroid. They're incredible
for Hashimoto's. Baby greens, baby kale. Yeah, kale. I said it again. Mescaline mix, spinach,
asparagus. Asparagus is incredible. It's an incredible food. Amazing. It's packed in
glutathione. It's got zinc once again. That's a big one. It's got selenium. These are important
for your thyroid. Zinc, selenium, this is it. And the foods that have them, organic peas,
manganese, zinc once again, and organic peas. These are some things to think about.
Supplements, chaga mushroom, chaga mushroom, C-H-A-G-A, chaga. That's a great one. You know,
Use it like coffee in a sense.
Make yourself an instant cup of coffee out of chaga powder.
So essentially there's no coffee there, but you have the chaga in replacement.
And I'm not saying you have to throw away your coffee.
I'm just saying that make sure this is in there too.
Chaga powder is an antiviral, which is antipathogenic,
which really works great with the thyroid.
That one I've been pushing for years and years and years
and getting great results because spirit knows.
and it's now out there. The information is out there. Nascent iodine, N-A-S-C-E-N-T, nascent
iodine. That's the right kind of iodine to protect your thyroid. Radiation, protect it from pathogens.
That's a great thing. Liquid B12. B12 is amazing for the endocrine system altogether.
Pituitary gland, that's the master gland. B12 is critical. Astragalus. I like my astragalus from
a company called Vimergy, V as in Victor, I, M as in Mary, E-R-G-Y. I like that astragalus from
there. I also like the chaga powder from there. Those are the ones I use to protect my thyroid.
And astragalus is amazing for autoimmune, which is, you know, protecting your immune system,
even though autoimmune is backwards, like we talked about how it works out there.
Chamomile tea, that boosts the thyroid as well.
So these are some of the things to focus on.
And then let's take on some calls.
Let's see what's going on with everybody and take a look.
We'll start with line three, Irene.
Hi, Irene.
Hi, how are you?
Good, how are you?
I'm okay.
I was hoping Spirit could say what's up with me.
I've been having some feet tingling and some lights in my eyes that kind of a new thing for me.
Yeah, spirits. Yeah.
Spirits telling me there's a few things going on with you to be focused on.
One is your immune system.
That's number one.
So building up your immune system when you go to your when you go to your naturopath or your functional doctor or your doctor,
you know, mention to him or her that you want to work on the immune system getting stronger.
The other is nervous system, central nervous system. So, you know, make sure that when you go
go see your your doc, your alternative doctor, you tell them that your central nervous system
needs help. And that doesn't mean you have a disease or scary illness or any of that
thing at all. She said that that's what's happening. Those are electrolytes not communicating
with neurons, not communicating with electrical impulses, that, you know, everything involved
that we need to support and strengthen. So you've been running on low battery.
So you want to, you want to go to your natural doctor and say, look, you know, I'm running on
low battery with the nervous system and I need what you, you know, I need your best thinking,
your best thoughts on that. So Irene, do that and then, you know, try again and let me know
how things go on down the road and try to call in. Thank you for calling. Yes, thank you very much.
You're welcome. So then we have line four, Cindy.
Hello. Hi, Cindy. Hi. Hi. How are you? Happy I got through. Good. How are you?
you're probably like in shock i got through i am
this is the first time i ever got through on a call hey it can happen look this things can happen
the angels are at work here you know maybe you have maybe you know tomorrow you're gonna find
a four-leaf clover you know this is awesome this is yeah so so tell me tell me what's happening um
Not a lot of energy and the weight and everything.
Tell me what's going on.
True.
Not enough energy.
I'm just so tired of looking six months pregnant,
and I would love to figure out how I can lose weight around my waist.
I've lost weight everywhere else.
Yeah, with you, it's the liver.
So we have to get that liver, and we have to get it upgraded for sure.
I'm taking a look and scanning everywhere else to see if there's a real big problem or anything.
And it looks like we're clear.
Just bear with me for a second.
Spirit's talking to me.
Thyroid is actually slightly hypo.
And it's been slightly hypo for lots of years.
So that is occurring.
So you do want to start protecting your thyroid.
And the liver is sluggish.
It's what Spirit calls a pre-fatty liver.
And so you can't get that, you can't get that donut that's around you or that inner tube that's around you in the waist.
But spirit says you don't look that bad.
That's so funny.
Yeah, spirit says you look real good.
So do any friends say, hey, you know, Cindy, you look good?
they don't say i look bad i just you know every once i do get the comment you know are you pregnant
well no i'm not so yeah but yeah but you look you look pretty good overall you might have that
little bit of that that bloating that's from the liver but you're in decent health and when i say
decent i can't find anything scary if i did i'd have to get a get a hold of you after the show
So but but you look you look good.
So it's about getting that liver restored.
I would do the celery juice.
I mean, that celery juice.
Don't be afraid of that celery juice thing.
You just get that juicer going.
If you don't have a juicer, get to, you know, a store, health food store, 16 ounces, 12
ounces, one once a day, every day.
And spirit says, yes, you'll see that whole thing with the pregnancy changing because
that's going to give the liver a real big boost.
Okay.
I did start, after you mentioned that on a previous show, I did start drinking solid juice every morning.
Hallelujah.
But it hasn't been that long.
You got a decent amount of years with the pre-fatty liver, so you got to stay with it.
And don't give up on it.
Don't just, you know, spirit says you've given up on different things over the time.
Don't give up on that one.
Yeah.
So you don't see parasites or you don't see, you know, if you had one of one of the biggest mistakes in alternative medicine right now is the parasite philosophy.
If you had a parasite, it would be you or the parasite.
That means you'd be in the hospital with one hundred and five temperature vomiting to death or your body beats it out and it's gone completely.
You can't live with a parasite.
You can live with worms.
What this is.
I'm glad you brought this up.
This is going to change.
This is another fad in trend.
Parasites, if you get a parasite, now I'm not talking about viruses.
That's different.
People can live with viruses.
People can live with bacteria.
People can live with worms.
People cannot live with parasites.
And so what happens is that if you get a parasite, you're going to be like, you know, you're going to have the runs.
If you pick up a parasite from somewhere, it's going to be you or the parasite until someone wins.
And it happens every day.
People go into hospitals, they get parasites all the time, and they're vomiting and everything else.
It's the parasite or that person.
But we can live with viruses.
We can live with bacteria.
We can live with fungus.
Yeah, we can live with fungus, tons of it on us.
But we can't live with a parasite when we do get that parasite once in a while.
It's us or the parasite until someone wins.
and uh and so you know there's no parasites there but um yeah but but you know you do you do have
low hydrochloric acid in the gut you do have a sluggish liver you do have a little bit of staph
in your system you have a little bit of strep in your system that's natural i mean you have some
things but you know do the celery juice for sure and um and try try to try not to feel like a
A parasite is, you know, is out to get you.
Okay.
Go ahead.
And for the hypo and for this hypothyroid, I mean, all the foods that you mentioned, I eat just about all of them I eat every week.
Yeah, you have to make sure every single day there has to be one of these in your diet.
I mean, I would go with two of them in your diet every single day.
You can't go a day and not have two of these in there.
Okay.
Yeah, I mean, you have to keep track of it because, you know, a lot of times people don't really kind of really know what they're eating.
It's so strange.
But, hey, myself too can happen.
I'll be like, what did I eat?
When?
You know, so make sure you keep good track on that.
Okay.
Wonderful.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Cindy.
Great.
Bye-bye.
And then we have Gloria, line seven.
Hello, Anthony.
Hi, Gloria.
Hey, how are you?
I'm good.
I do have Hachimoto's and I've been prescribed armor, but then we went on vacation and I forgot to take it, you know, so I haven't been taking it.
Is it something that I really need?
Is it?
Sorry, what was the question?
So you forgot to take it, so you don't know?
Well, you know what?
There's nothing wrong with taking it.
The doctor offered it to you.
Yeah, I would take it.
The doctor wanted you on it.
But you have to be proactive to healing your thyroid because that thyroid medication was just given to you.
That was given to you just to replace some missing hormones or underactive or unproducing hormones from the thyroid.
And that's fine.
But you have to start fixing your thyroid because that's not fixing it.
It never was meant to fix it.
Like when the doctor gave that to you, he wasn't thinking about your thyroid.
I hope he wasn't thinking about your thyroid.
Then that's not really a smart physician.
But you have to know that that was given just for that.
Like I said earlier, there's this dipstick and the engine.
You want to see how much hormone's in there.
That's what the medicine's for.
So, yes, absolutely you should take that medicine.
But you do have to incorporate some of these foods we're talking about.
You have to bring these in.
You have, you know, some, you know, anything you can to be proactive.
Right.
So you can start, you can start healing.
So that's what I would do, Gloria.
Thanks for calling.
Would that, would Kiefer help me?
Kiefer's not really a, that's not helpful for the thyroid.
You know, I'm not anti-Kiefer or anything.
I don't have this, you know, issue about Kiefer.
It just has nothing to do with the thyroid.
But definitely focus on, you know, those cherries, apricots, some organic peas, asparagus.
Focus on those, though, Gloria.
So you don't see anything worse than what I have, the hachimotos.
You don't see anything going on in my body.
You know, I've been experiencing a lot of dizziness and unsteadiness.
Yeah, the dizziness and unsteadiness, that's not the thyroid. Spirit says that's not the thyroid. Yeah. That's an inconsistency with blood sugar, though. It doesn't mean your A1C is going to be off the charts or it's going to be through the roof. That's not it at all. You're sensitive and you have to graze.
The spirit says you have to graze as you go along with your foods.
Like you have to eat every hour and a half.
You have to snack on something.
Don't go two hours or three or four hours or five hours, God forbid.
Don't go that long because you're just going to be all over the place.
So make sure you do that.
And thank you, Gloria, for calling.
You're awesome.
So we have Megan, line one.
Hey, Megan.
Hey.
Hey, almost thought I lost you.
Hi.
Sorry.
No, it's great to have you on.
Wonderful.
How are you?
Oh, my God.
I'm wonderful.
I've been wanting to get through to you since you started.
So I'm pretty grateful.
Well, you got through.
You got through today.
Yeah.
It must be your birthday today.
No.
I mean, it's a good day.
I'm happy.
I've been on your site and reading a lot about you, so I'm very grateful.
Well, thanks.
Thanks for reading about me.
I'm glad to know you're doing that.
That's so great.
Thank you.
So tell me what's going on.
Yeah, tell me what's happening.
You got some funny symptoms and everything.
How are you feeling overall?
Any fatigue?
Yeah, well, you know, I'm about 14 weeks pregnant right now with my third child,
and I have a 3-year-old and a 19-month-old.
So I'm going to be busy. But I really mainly like had a burning desire to talk to you because like I've struggled with like anxiety and depression and like kind of like I wonder if it's like emotional problems because that runs in my family.
Like, I don't know if you pick up on any of that from spirit or if it's just like.
Well, there has to be there. Well, we don't we don't normally just get emotional.
You know, there's always there's always a trigger.
Yeah.
You know, lots of triggers.
So one thing is, you know, Gloria, who was just on the phone call a couple of minutes ago,
hers, you know, she had keeping the blood sugar stable.
Okay.
Yeah, because first of all, glucose and blood sugar is imperative when you're pregnant.
Imperative.
Okay.
I mean, it's critical that you're keeping balance and you're eating every couple of hours.
If you pull that eat every once every three hours thing while you're sensitive and pregnant, you're going to have an emotional attack.
And then you're going to be thinking it's a past life that did it.
Which, you know, then you're going to think, was it a past life?
Am I emotional because of something that happened to me in 1640?
Yeah.
So what, and, you know, I don't want you to, you know, maybe something did happen in 1640.
That's not what it is, though, that I'm concerned about.
Because Spirit's telling me this isn't that.
This isn't a past life thing.
This is literally sensitivities.
Sensitivity means, yeah, you're more sensitive, but there's triggers to it.
And one is you have to, are you eating every hour and a half?
Are you snacking every hour and a half?
Probably not.
If you say probably not, then I guarantee you've gone hours.
Yeah.
You know, so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, but the bottom line is really, really important that you do that.
I would start with that.
Make it a habit.
Look, you're busy.
You're busier than I am.
You're way more busier than I am.
Okay.
I mean, I'm on a permanent vacation compared to probably how busy you are.
All right.
Even though my assistant would probably think I'm at a dangerous level of work instead.
But the point is, you're very busy and I respect that.
And so we have to kind of say, hey, look, we have to keep that blood sugar going.
We have to keep it balanced and make sure you're really eyeballing that and stay hydrated.
That's another thing spirit just said to me just now is the hydrated part.
And so, yeah.
And stay hydrated, too.
Don't get dehydrated because that's going to be a whole other game.
Yeah.
Okay, great.
Yeah, a game you don't want to be in.
No.
Yeah, so wonderful.
Thanks for talking and try again.
Yeah, thanks.
And so really quick, psoriasis.
So when I first found out I was pregnant, like usually it all clears up.
And then maybe a week ago, it started coming back.
And I've probably been struggling with that since I was 12.
Anything you've been sensitive with throughout your life amps up during pregnancy.
Okay.
So it's perfectly normal.
And it may not always amp up during pregnancy, but it will and it can if it has a chance.
Okay.
And that's all liver stuff.
You don't have a bad liver, so I don't want you doing anything crazy.
I don't want any, you know, liver stuff going on.
But you definitely have to get more fruits and vegetables, you know, in your diet if you can.
In between everything, more fruits and vegetables because more fruits, some leafy greens because that's really good for the liver.
And that will be, you know, beneficial for the baby and beneficial for you with the whole, you know, eczema and everything.
Okay.
Perfect.
So thanks for calling and bless you.
And I'm so excited for you.
I'm so excited for you.
It's just so wonderful.
So, and if you feel that emotional thing come on, just make sure you're being cautious with your blood sugars.
Great, great.
And Candice at line 10.
Hello.
Hi.
Hi.
How are you?
How are you?
Good. I'm good. So tell me what's happening. I see there's a liver, a sluggish liver that you have. I see that for sure. And I see some toxins in the body. So usually you're a little bit more toxic in the bloodstream.
okay so that needs to be addressed if you're if your toxins are too high in the blood so it's
what basically we call it blood toxicity then it's going to come out through the skin it's going to
come out in different places it can some people can come out in acne it could come out as a rash
we just have to your blood blood toxicity has to be better okay could that be a result of stress
or is that diet? It's both. It's both. It's both things. So it's stress, diet. And, you know,
you want to keep for you be cautious to how high fat your diet is. Okay. Don't have, yeah, be just
be mindful about fats in your diet because your liver, you don't have a bad liver, you know, and
there's no, it doesn't look like there's anything in there that we can see on the scan.
But there is a little bit of an elevation of heavy metal toxicity in the liver.
So I do see that. And that's, that's adding to this, this problem. So,
you know, the heavy metals could have come from short different foods over the years
as we go along, but you want to keep your, your diet a little bit on the lower fat side.
and then you use high-quality fats.
Like avocado is good.
Do you like avocado?
I love avocado, but what happened was I eliminated a lot of the processed white foods from my diet,
dairy, gluten, refined sugars, things like that,
and I started eating more of like a paleo diet.
Is avocado on the anti-white foods diet?
No, no, no. I took that. I mean, I eat that regularly, but then I started eating too many fats, I think.
Yeah, well, when you flip over to a paleo diet or that kind of diet, that's basically a really high-fat diet.
That's going to start not – that's not going to help the skin. Is there anything happening with the skin, Spirit says?
Yeah, and that's why I called – I used to get extema.
Yeah, tell me about it.
Oh, sorry.
I'm sorry.
No, it's okay because then I'll have to just poke spirit more and more and ask spirit a gazillion questions.
And that's great.
And that's what we see because that's what spirit's seeing is.
So if you go on a high-fat diet, spirit's telling me to lower the fat or you're going to see it come up through the skin and have more skin problems.
That's what spirit just said before.
But the point is, is that you will you will have if you do the high fat and you go to I'm not an anti paleo guy.
I'm not an anti vegetarian guy. I'm not any of that.
One thing that has to come, one thing that people have to know is I can't stand behind any diet ever because I can't believe in anything and I have to believe in everything.
or I'm going to do somebody a disservice, an injustice,
because spirit knows that each person is different,
and one person might be fine on a paleo diet.
And so I can't take that away from the other person might be fine on a vegan diet.
I don't know.
Another person might be fine on whatever, a fish diet.
The point is that in this situation, though, you have to be lower fat.
So if that means finding another practitioner that has a belief system in another direction,
I would go look and then lower those fats so your liver can recuperate.
What people don't know is some livers just can't handle high fat.
And so it's important to understand that in your liver in this situation.
So that means the diet has to shift.
But thanks for, Candice, thanks so much for checking in.
And one more thing, though, Spirit's just popping in one more thing now.
I'm just double-checking.
I'm looking at everything.
Okay, so you're inflamed in the intestinal tract too.
Let me just double check.
So ileocecum, so you're down in the ileo, right side, lower.
So you have a little bit of inflammation in there.
So you got heavy metals.
You have heavy metals in a couple of different places,
not just in other parts of the body,
but you have heavy metals in other couple of different places.
We have it in the intestinal tract.
What I would do is, can you tolerate cilantro?
Are you afraid of cilantro?
No, I'm growing cilantro just outside.
Okay, so that's not on your anti-list for whatever diet you've had to adopt.
So get the cilantro in there.
Make sure that's every single day so we can get heavy metals out of that intestinal tract.
That's very part.
That's actually part of this whole liver thing, too.
So make sure you're doing cilantro every single day.
Do the celery juice for the liver that we talk about.
And then try again as you go down the road.
Give us a call back and let us know how you're doing, okay?
Okay, I will.
Thank you.
Thank you, Candice.
Bless you.
Bye.
So we're coming to the end of our show.
It goes so fast.
It's actually unfair.
So much to talk about.
Couldn't even touch a fraction of the thyroid like I wanted to.
We'll have to do another thyroid show for sure.
Also follow Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, my Pinterest.
Every day I post about healing powers of different fruits, vegetables, seeds, you name it, herbs, spices.
Listen, it's all about you healing.
That's what it's about.
That's what matters to me.
In fact, that means everything to me about you healing and getting this information.
That's why I'm here.
This gift wasn't intended for me.
This gift was intended to help you heal.
Blessings.
Love you very much.
